Job Summary:

As part of the Enterprise PMO, act as business project manager for coordination of resources dedicated to enterprise-wide project initiatives. Partner with Process/Platform Execution Leads, Program Managers, HR, and BU/SSU resource contacts to secure the necessary resources for Profitable Growth Acceleration and other strategic initiatives. Role includes oversight of resource procurement and resource tracking with heavy involvement in funding reimbursement. Responsible for coordination of external resources (consultants/contractors) working on these initiatives, including management of vendor relationships, administration of consulting agreements and work orders, and invoice monitoring. Develop, maintain, and communicate procedures and workflows pertinent to this process. Additional responsibilities relate to supporting the overall governance of the enterprise project portfolio



Job Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
4 or more years of related experience.
1. Working knowledge of tools, concepts, methodologies and techniques of project management, change management, performance metrics and mapping/simulation, data collection, problem identification and interpretations.
2. Insurance industry experience including general knowledge of insurance business processes and processing.
3. Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies.
4. Success in managing external coordination of consultant hiring is desirable.
5. Proficient in computer based tools.
