The Field Recruiting Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing and delivering the overall sales field recruiting strategy. Responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for over 5000 independent contractors, in over 165 branch offices, throughout the Unites States. Work closely with branch offices to understand the field needs to identify, develop and implement recruiting and retention strategies; determine and identify candidate requirements, produce posting materials, and relationship management with vendors, candidates, and senior management.

Requirements:

Previous Field Recruiting Experience
8-10 years of experience
Previous project management experience
Previous management experience
2 years of experience recruiting in the insurance industry
Experiencewith outside (contingency or retained) search
Experience managing executive level searches and vendor relationships
Superior relationship management, sourcing, analytic thinking, and multi-tasking skills
BA
Significant management responsibilities and demonstrated leadership, as evidenced by experience operating as an active, engaged member of a leadership team.
