Description:
Responsibilities include pulling customer files corresponding with the inbound mail each day; maintain all file records in file database, Accutrac; follow up on files that cannot be located; delivers requested files to Service Center and/or Underwriters; expedites urgent requests for files and documents; maintain the barcode scanning ?wands? on the floor designed to track locations of files; complete projects to pull and purge files; control access to the Central File Room as the repository for all customer files; maintains and monitors calendared items for timely follow up and locate missing files. Complete bi-weekly floor scans. Assist with renewal prep as time permits.

Must be a self starter with good organizational and conversational skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
