Provides direction in policies and organizational duties for assigned area by overseeing communication, administration, and staff supervision to deliver service and/or products.

Broad understanding of improvement processes.

General understanding of economic, financial and operational
concepts.

Deep understanding of the principles of the integrated management
system.

Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices.

Demonstrated ability to effectively guide and influence assigned
groups, inspiring them with senior leadership's vision for Humana's
contribution to the world.

Ability to articulately advocate own perspective verbally, graphically
and in writing.

Ability to effectively interact with peers, assigned groups and other groups.

Ability to use business tools and practices, to include process management techniques, problem-solving, reengineering and benchmarking and replication tools.

Ability to use web-based technology, computer software/systems
and productivity tools necessary to accomplish individual and team
objectives.

of customers and use this insight for the benefit of the business.

Role Essentials

4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Four years of previous supervisory experience or experience
serving in a leadership capacity.

Five years of previous work experience in an call operational setting or healthcare.
