Major Duties and Functions Include:
Call doctor's office and medical facilities or medical records follow ups.
Photocopy claim files.
Assist the claim support unit with different projects.
Purge claim files and keep an accurate inventory of claim files sent to the warehouse.
Image claim forms and progress reports.
Assist in putting together true copies or policy specimen What You Need to Succeed:


Team player with willingness to follow established procedures
Strong organizational skills, and ability to handle high volume of work
Ability to prioritize work load
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong individual work ethic and ability to contribute to team goals
Adapt easily and willingly to changes in assigned tasks and daily routine
Typing skills - at least 30 WPM
At least one year in a clerical position
Knowldge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to work overtime
