Summary of Duties

As the ?front line? of communication with our existing clients, you will be responsible for promptly responding to client requests, and strengthening client relationships. This means actively recognizing potential issues and concerns, contracting, orientation, training, servicing, support and retention of clients in assigned service areas. Timely follow up and support of our sales and service activities are integral to company growth, as are your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Necessary for identifying and resolving a wide variety of issues, your active participation in special projects to improve quality of service, establish cost effective and innovative solutions to complex organizational issues are expected.

 

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Ready to learn and grow

Bachelor?s degree preferred (new grad okay)

Previous sales/high-level customer service experience preferred

Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Understanding of and commitment to promoting our Company

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively with a ?can do? attitude

MS Word, Excel literacy preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Willing to travel locally approximately 80%

Valid California driver?s license and insurance
