Position responsibilities include: Working with claims automation to increase the?percentage of claims adjudicated automatically.Receive encounter tracking reports from customer service to research, respond to and provide feedback?to?Claims Automation. ?Make recommendations?for improvements based on policy rules. Audit results with a goal of insuring 100% accuracy in processing.Perform other audits and complete projects as required by the department.

Position requirements include:Three plus years of claims processing experience.Experience with Claimfacts software a plus.Basic skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.Good communication skills; both verbal and written.
