HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE CLAIMS SUPERVISOR

 

Are you ready for a career change?  Can you lead a team to great results?  If so, we?d like you to join our Farmers Homeowners Claims leadership team as a supervisor in San Antonio.   

 

We take leadership seriously in our results-oriented organization where our people are paid based on their performance.  Our supervisors? two key priorities are claims file quality and developing their people.

 

We now have the latest technology to support accurate, timely and efficient claims handling with great customer service in our paperless system. 

 

As a supervisor, you give monthly performance reviews to your people, and receive yours from your manager, so you always know exactly where you stand. 




EDUCATION AND SPECIAL SKILLS:

 

We require a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in the insurance industry in claims. The ideal candidate must be very organized, good decision making and analytical skills and have good computer skills. Must have a valid drivers license.
