The CSR assists the account producer in managering the account.

Responsibilities:
answer questions and process business via phone, mail, fax and e-mail.
provides insurance certificates
completes paperwork and applications for insurance policy renewals
files insurance paperwork
reviews endorsement changes
processes invoices
prepares proposals
inside sales and customer service
maintains updated license

Requirements:
typing and computer skills
pleasant voice, personality, attitude, and appearance
strong oral and writing skills
must have Indiana Property and Casualty Insurance Agent's License
