The Personal Lines Account Manager will perform the following duties:

?Sell policies to prospective clients and service their book of existing clients.Obtain expiration dates of prospective personal lines clients for future sales opportunities.Review and analyze each client?s property and casualty insurance needsDetermine appropriate insurance coverages for existing and prospective clientsMarket prospective and existing clients to insurersQuote policies, prepare and present proposalsRepresent the agency in their client?s claims processTrain and direct the work of one or more Service ProcessorGrow a stable and profitable book of personal lines customers with an above average loss ratio.Seek to gain a high level of insurance and industry knowledge through continuing education and training.Assisting in determining and implement internal office methods and procedures.
