We seek an experienced insurance professional to manage our implementations of new groups. This challenging role offers prestige and visibility within an ever-changing environment. The Implementation Project Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire implementation process, interacting with various departments throughout the company. He/she will also support and handle changes for existing clients.


 


Key responsibilities include:



Determining eligibility for new accounts, and preparing plan implementation materials


Overseeing the actual implementation for these groups


Implementing plan changes for existing accounts

Handling some complaints and claim appeals



A background in healthcare or insurance customer service is a central requirement of this job. Experience with implementation and general project management is also necessary, as is computer proficiency. The core skill set for this job includes organization, leadership, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
