We currently have openings for Inside National Sales Directors responsible for identifying, calling, recruiting, training and supporting agents to distribute profitable group health insurance. Other responsibilities include building a database of agents through cold calling and sending agent kits, qualifying agents and prospects to ensure quality business, generating proposals that match the needs of each prospect, acting as liaison between the underwriting department and agents relative to prescreens and submitted business, contributing to the development of internal sales & marketing and administrative strategies, monitoring benefits, rates and marketing strategies. Candidates must have good people skills and effective communication skills to conduct a majority of business over the phone.
