Inside Sales Representative

The Midland Company, a specialty property & casualty insurance provider, has an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. We are specifically looking for proven strength and ability in direct sales.

A comprehensive training program exists that will prepare an associate for future position growth in Field?Sales.?


The Inside Sales Representative will be selling AMIG products and services to new and existing accounts within a specific region, across multiple distribution channels.? This position requires working collaboratively with the outside sales team to achieve common goals.?

?

This includes, but is not limited to: new account set-up and training; screening and developing new account prospects; developing existing accounts and, working with the Product Department to collect and interpret market data.

?

Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills. Flexibility, accountability, and ability to work independently are key. Two years of direct sales experience is required.? Recruiting or selling in a service related industry is helpful.? Property and Casualty experience is preferred.? Bachelor's Degree is required.? Approximately 10-15% field travel will be required.

?
