Inside Sales Specialist

Join our dynamic organization as an Inside Sales Specialist at our Minnetonka, MN Headquarters. Increase Medica's Medicare and Individual membership by effectively handling inbound sales calls and making timely follow-up calls. Build rapport with prospective members, interview prospects for their needs, educate them on Medica's products and close sales. Be responsible for providing direct support to the field Account Executive and broker force. Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify prospects.

 

Skills/Experience:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Current Minnesota Insurance License or ability to obtain and maintain one required. Sales experience required. Insurance industry knowledge and Telesales experience preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with computer.
