The job involves Answering phones and handling mailProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and ExcelRetrieving insurance applications for Intended Parents and SurrogatesProviding Customer Care for SurrogatesProcess medical insurance claims under the insured?s deductibleManage AFLAC claimsProcessing Accounts Payable and loading the information into Quickbooks
