Insurance Agent Description: The Professional Placement Division of Volt Services Group has partnered with a prestigious and industry leading organization in the Los Angeles Area. We are looking for energetic Insurance Agents to work with the Spanish speaking market. We are offering competitive salaries along with biweekly commissions. Candidates must be available to start IMMEDIATELY!

Insurance Agents will sell private automobile insurance and manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Ideal candidates will have the ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Agents will respond to questions and convey information effectively. Qualified candidates must possess the following skills; quality time management, good judgement, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both in team and individual settings.




Requirements:
Ideal candidates will be Licensed Insurance Agents and have a minimum of 1 year of hands on experience. Candidates must have the ability to communicate with Spanish speaking customers and effectively manage their work station. Agents must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phones while keeping appropriate written documents.
