In this position, you will be the one who maintains office operations; forwards information; collects and mails correspondence; maintains supplies; stocks office items; maintains office equipment; maintains office schedule; serves customers; updates job knowledge; enhances organization reputation.

Qualifications

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Writes effectively using various styles to address a wide range of needs and audiences.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.

Knowledge of various insurance coverages, forms, and procedures. Having an insurance license is a plus but not required

Excellent phone skills. Efficiently answers and directs inquiries, takes thorough messages.

Types proficiently (40+ WPM).

Familiar with general office equipment, including phones, faxes, copiers, scanners, and printers.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
