Insurance Agent / Sales Producer

Job Description:

Allstate Insurance Agency in Tenalfy, NJ has an immediate opening for a Licensed Sales Producer in Property and Casualty. We are one one the largest and most respected insurers in the U.S, and we are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team. We are a very large independent agency, with a 5 person staff, our ideal candidate will be licensed in P&C and have at least 2 or more years experience.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 Develops leads by using referrals, and X-dates.

Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation.

 Cross sells other Allstate products to existing customers.

Determines clients' financial needs and provides life specialist with leads.

Provides quotes for auto, property, commercial and business to existing customers and new customers.

 Performs customer service duties such as; endorsements, payments, and claims when needed.




Skills/Qualifications:

We are looking for a responsible individual with excellent communication skills, who is detail oriented, and a self starter. This person will be highly motivated and able to work independently. P&C license a must, bilingual preferred but not required.
