This is an excellent opportunity in Cleveland for an experienced claims manager with a major insurance services provider. The primary responsibilities are service quality and business growth including full P & L responsibility. Other keys include: financial control and talent utilization including the hiring, development and management of P & C staff. This territory includes Northern Ohio. Regular travel is required.

We require 5+ years' leadership experience supervising property, casualty and workers compensation professionals. We prefer 2+ years with an insurance services vendor/TPA/independent adjusting firm. Experience as a successful entrepreneur would be especially valuable. This position requires proven success in sales and claims operations. Must be technically proficient in both property and casualty claims, including commercial losses. A demonstrated customer service orientation and the ability to delegate are essential. Candidates should have industry relationships with insurance carriers, agencies and managing general agencies, municipalities and self-insured retail, hospitality and manufacturing firms.
