Insurance Customer Service Representative

Licensed CSR for Santa Ana Commercial Lines Agency.  Will train if Personal Lines CSR experience.  F/T @ 37.5 hours/week, M-F, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.Primary responsibility is servicing commercial accounts (some marketing).  CALIF Broker/Agent license required and min of 3 year?s CSR experience.  Must be articulate in English language, written and verbal and have working knowledge of agency management systems.  MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet use helpful.  Must be willing to participate in projects as and when directed using agency guidelines.  Pre-employment testing, background checks conducted.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Benefits include company-paid group medical and dental, vacation and sick leave.  EOE.
