Large insurance agency seeking experienced, self motivated individual with basic account management and strong customer service skills.

 

Principle Responsibilities:

 

?  Marketing Accounts

?  Servicing new and existing accounts.

?  Provide superior service to our clients by promptly responding to inquiries.

?  Enrollment maintenance

?  Claims Resolution

?  Maintain individual customer files and process routine correspondence between our agency and the client or company.

?  Ability to establish and maintain a complete knowledge of the marketplace.
