This is a dynamic and diverse Employee Benefit Producers Position, where you will enhance and increase your effectiveness while selling Employee Benefits products and offer a full assortment of Industry leading professional services by utilizing a full realm of resources such as account management professionals. Presenting the Client?s pertinent criteria will enable them to service the accounts with such efficiency the client?s no longer need your attention. This allows more time to concentrate on New Business Production earning yourself and the organization more money and offering superior customer services. To be seriously considered for this position you must have the following criteria

Ability to develop rapport and build business relationships quickly and effectively Posses the ?Power of Persuasion? by influencing others to take a point of view or conclusion by understanding their motivations. Documented record of achievement exceeding the Employee Benefit sales goals by consistently identifying new sources of business. (Revenue) College Degree and/or substantial sales experience within an Employee Benefits Insurance Agency or Brokerage Must have a strong understanding and sector leading knowledge of the Employee Benefits Industry Insurance (Middle Market Commercial Lines) Previous Employee Benefits Insurance Broker/Agency or Direct Writer (B2B) experience. Must have All required licenses Maintain a complex schedule by effective Planning and Scheduling Meetings, Conferences, Teleconferences and Travel. Network and Prospect with Potential Clients by Greeting them, in Person or on the Telephone; Cold Calling, Direct Mail and Referrals, Answering or Directing Inquiries, Boardroom Presentations etc. Achieve Sales in a Consultative Manner; Maintain Customer Confidence, Service and Retention. ?Close the Sale? by addressing customer concerns, demonstrate empathy while consistently moving the customer towards the commitment and common goal of the sale. Follow up on results, complete projects; achieve goals on time Compensation and Benefits
