Summary: Advanced typing and oral communication skills; the ability to prioritize issues and tasks. Ensure prompt attention to accounts lacking insurance coverage and provides servicing to account policies due to expire, whether is in house insurance or an outside carrier.

Responsibilities: Reviews and contacts customers regarding insurance coverage, offers renewal of coverage to qualified accounts.  Estimates new insurance premium new payment amount, explains in detail the type of coverage provided on the offered policy. Services potential and present customers on any questions/concerns regarding the insurance coverage and how it affects their account. Conducts necessary research on accounts before offering the option of financing a policy thru Westlake Financial Services, certain rules and regulations apply.

 

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:

Strong marketing skills are required as well as positive, strong phone presence. Ability to work in a high volume; fast paced environment.A high degree of motivation and ability to work independently. Ability to work a schedule that could include evenings and/or weekends. Excellent communication, organizational and developed customer service skills.
