Insurance Technician III

This position provides exceptional specialized support to internal departments and external clients. Performing an extensive range of responsibilities, this position reviews, researches and responds to email inquiries, phone calls, faxes and various reports. Key functions will include building great relationships with clients through incomparable communication, dedication and care. Qualified candidates will have great attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a results-driven environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of client relations or customer service experience.
- Mortgage or insurance background is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to use 10-key by sight.
- Minimum typing speed of 45wpm.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Access, CCS, Alltel/Fidelity, or MortgageServ systems is a plus.
