International Claims Manager

Job Description: The International Claims Manager is responsible for the following:
Managing daily,weekly and monthly targets
Set adjustor targets related to frequency, severity and days to settle individually and as a team
Create and/or review reporting for monitoring of claims targets by division and account/agent
Manage claim assignments to adjustors
Manage relationships with underwriters and insurance needs of accounts/agents
Review and creat premium payments to underwriters
Review invoices and manage receivables
Create/review reporting for underwriters to assist in their accruals
Manage escalated claims
Manage the claims adjustors
Hire and ensure training is completed
Provide Positive and constructive feedback including quarterly feedback and annual reviews
Coach team and help ensure tools exist to meet metrics
Manage team PTO and time cards

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in claims/insurance (transportation preferred, international preferred)
4 year college degree
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, analytical, excellent in customer service and negotiating, and extensive computer skills including Microsoft office and ACCESS.
Experience in managing of people preferred.
