Jr. Administrative Assistant

HPS customers include insurance companies, HMOs and other managed care organizations, and organizations with self-funded health care plans. Based in Tampa, Florida, the company serves over 100,000 businesses, covering over 1.6 million members in the United States.
Due to recent growth, we are currently seeking a Jr. Administrative Assistant. The Jr. Administrative Assistant will assist carriers with reporting functions. Maintain daily excel spreadsheets of claims activity, logging in referrals, updating database and any other tasks requested to assist the department as needed.

Strong organizational skills
Customer focused
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Enthusiastic
Working knowledge of PC's including, Word and Excel
Independent judgment capabilities
