Responsibilities:

? Extensive customer contact.

? Investigation and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages.

? Negotiate with customers to settle claims up to specified monetary limits.

 

Qualifications:

? Excellent customer service skills and abilities.

? Judgment and decision making skills.

? Ability to analyze and learn quickly.

? Multi-tasking.

? Communication skills, including the ability to deal with conflict.

? Computer proficiency.

? Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
