Our Liability Claims Representatives:
? Will investigate, determine liability, confirm coverage, establish damages on personal injury claims, and negotiate the settlement of claims within an assigned territory.
? Work closely with policyholders, claimants, agents, members of the medical profession
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree
Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position
Excellent customer service and communication skills and sound judgment and decision making skills
Valid driver's license, bondable, computer proficiency
Familiarity with medical terminology helpful
Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course
