-Must be P & C Licensed

-Strong telephone, sales and communication skills

-Ability sell and cross-sell Allstate Insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Business) to new and existing customers

-Professional appearance and demeanor a must

-Highly organized and detailed oriented

-Solid computer skills

-Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
