Licensed Sales Associate (Bi-Lingual a plus)

Proof of prior successful sales experience required.  Base salary plus commission and BENEFITS!

 

Job Purpose:  Build business within identified markets targeting personal lines, as well as investment opportunities.

 

Duties:Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts. Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new product. Obtain expiration dates of prospective clients for future sales opportunities.Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Nationwide Insurance standards.Seek to gain a high level of insurance and industry knowledge through continuing education and training.
