Licensing Senior Associate

Description:
Process applications, renewals and cancellations for agent licenses. Follows up with State and/or agencies for problem resolution. Answers questions from agents regarding licensing policies and procedures. Inputs data to computerized system.

Responsible for executing producer agreements and commission agreements, inputting producer information into Diamond Add-On Operating System), and maintaining licenses for internal CIEB employees. Subject Matter Expert for CIEB's Producer Licensing Process.

Producer Compliance Day to Day Activities
- Receive all new/renewing producer information via coverage application and/or BOR. Validate all information on coverage application and/or BOR via SIRCON or Sate DOI Website. Facilitate CG appointment with Bloomfield if needed. Input and/or update producer information in Diamond Add On Module. Execute and mail all appropriate Producer and/or Commission Agreements to respective broker. Maintain and update document log. Prep completed and signed documents for scanning into DOCS. Maintain paper files. Send termination letters to appropriate producers with copy to Sales. Answer inquires from Sales/Act Mgt/Eligibility.

Monthly or Quarterly Activities-Producer Compliance
- Maintain/facilitate all Sales, Act Mgt and/or workforce members who are licensed producers and coordinate any continuing education and/or pre-licensing class requirements. Conduct quarterly audits on existing producers to verify license status. Remediate any lapsed or unlicensed producer issues. Coordinate with CIEB Human Resources department to validate CIEB Sales personnel licenses to ensure incentive comp requirements. Validate bi-monthly commission cycle. Check validation process to ensure commission checks are paid correctly and specific mailing instructions are followed. Remediate any systems errors if applicable. Participate in special projects when needed.

Producer Production
- Responsible for front end activities, loading of Producers into Diamond (Database/Operating System)
- Validate commission checks
- Validate bi-monthly commission payment cycle
- Process all invoices related to employee licensing
- Assist with CIEB Commission Escheat process
- Participate on Special Projects (i.e. SEII premium/commission reconciliation)

Producer Compliance (completed along with supervisor)
- Validate new and renewing Producers licensing via Sircon or State DOI websites
- Facilitate CG appointments for new Producers
- Execute and review and mail all appropriate Producer Agreements and Commission Agreements (coordinate with CIEB legal regarding agreement negotiations, modifications, etc.)
- Represent CIEB on Corporate Producer Development workgroups with CIEB legal
- Create/develop/update Producer Development Policy and Procedures with CIEB legal
- Maintain/Facilitate all Sales and/or workforce members who are licensed
- Coordinate Pre-licensing classes (2 times yearly).

Qualifications:
College degree (Bachelors level) required.
Two years experience required, preferably in industry-related area.
Familiarity with producer licensing / commissions preferred..
