Licensing & Contracting Representative

We are currently seeking candidates for Licensing & Contracting Representative positions in our Harrisburg office. The Licensing & Contracting group works to secure and validate agent licenses, contracts and appointments through BISYS, and establish and maintain agent?s hierarchy for purposes of reporting and commission payout.



 

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:


Answer inbound phone calls (inquiries and requests) from agents, carriers, business partners and internal BISYS departments




Process contracting and appointment paperwork with all carriers for agents




Provide follow-up and status for:




appointment activations, terminations, executions




outstanding carrier requests




contracting reports




Priority resolution and process for in-house applications where Licensing and Contracting is incomplete




Acts as a liaison for agent and other BISYS departments providing Licensing and Contracting information and resolution to inquiries




Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned





Successful Candidates will possess:


Excellent written and oral communication skills




Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers




Effective time management skills




Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously




Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment




Ability to work in a self-directed fashion




Experience with PC?s in a Windows environment




High School graduate or equivalent GED
