We?re seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our diversified Tele-underwriting team in our dynamic downtown, Worcester, MA location.
In this position you will facilitate the processing of life insurance applications by communicating with clients, agents, and carriers. Excellent follow up skills are essential to ensure prompt and accurate case completion. Superior telephone skills, prior customer service experience, multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, and the ability to obtain a Massachusetts Life & Health license are required. Bilingual skills a plus! Prior insurance experience is preferred.
