GulfSouth? is seeking trained and licensed life insurance sales professionals to expand their Florida operations!  GulfSouth? provides lead generation and training systems that are proven successful, with back-office support to match.  We have 2 tracks available, depending on a candidate's experience:

 

TEAM LEADER

Responsibilities include Client Acquisition, Team Building, Training and Accountability.  Team Leaders lead a team of 3-6 Solutions Specialist and enjoy over-riding commissions.

Compensation includes a base pay of $35,000 plus commissions, bonuses and over-rides.  At target, a Team Leader earns nearly $9000 per month.  Advance commissions are typically paid within 7 days of submitting Apps.

 

SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST

Responsibilities include Client Acquisition, Conducting Seminars and Building Professional Strategic Partnerships (Human Resource Managers, CPAs, P&C Agency Owners, etc).

Compensation includes a base pay of $21,000 plus commissions and bonuses.  At target, a Solutions Specialist earns over $5500 per month.  Advance commissions are typically paid within 7 days of submitting Apps.

 

All Positions Carry The Following Requirements:Educating clients in basic Personal Financial Strategies Helping to implement solutions, based on clients' individual financial needsIdentifying Independent P&C Broker/Owners interested in creating strategic partnershipsDemonstrating excellent people skills by being confident in the delivery of advice to clients via conference call or face-to-face meetingsPreparing, coordinating and following through on any needed correspondence with new or existing clientsContinuously monitoring clients? financial situations with detail and accuracy.

 

All Positions Carry The Following Qualifications:Proven Track Record of Acheiving Goals and QuotasBilingual preferred but not requiredFour year degree required in related field or three years related experience in the financial planning professionSeries 7, 6 and/or CFP, CFA, CPA helpful, but not requiredStrong persuasive and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to identify, meet and follow through with client?s needs and requirementsSelf-starter and a problem solver with strong attention to detailGoal-oriented team playerExcellence in organizational and time management skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks efficientlyExceptional phone and client service skills, positive and upbeat attitude at all times.Strong knowledge of office systems, technology and software to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
