Manager, Advanced Marketing
Summary:
Provides in-depth technical and markting support to associates and producers on advanced topics including estate planning, business succession, executive compensation, qualified plans, life insurance funding strategies, life insurance products, product features and related income tax issues. Also provides technical and marketing support on long-term care, annuity and disability insurance products.
Develops and/or reviews advanced marketing material for use with associates and producers, in outbound marketing efforts such as blast e-mails, and placement on the Ash Brokerage website. Develops and presents advanced marketing material for use in webinars, seminars, Summit meetings and other in-person marketing events.
Evaluates new advanced marketing and case design strategies; focuses on advanced marketing and/or marketing related projects that may arise from time to time at the request of senior management.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university with a concentration in finance or business and five or more years of related experience in the sale or marketing of insurance and/or financial products is required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (includes Memberships)
Requires achievement of or demonstration of significant work toward one or more of the following designations: CLU, ChFC and/or CFP.
CPA and/or JD designation is not required but is a plus.
Language Skills
Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written, and proven experience and comfort with public speaking.
Other Requirements
Incumbent must possess a continuous sense of urgency and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills and adeptness at working as a contributing member of both fixed and fluid teams as the needs of the company evolve over time.
Requires demonstrated ability to handle stress with fluctuating work loads prioritizing demands for time; requires strong organizational and planning skills.
This position requires travel.
