Manager, Claims Operations

Medica is the Midwest's fastest growing Health plan, serving 1.3 million members in 10,000 employer groups. We have an immediate need for a Manager of Claims Operations in our corporate office in Minnetonka, MN.

 

We seek a strategic thinker with the ability to lead and motivate teams within a fast-paced, progressive environment. This individual is responsible for various projects and process improvement initiatives and will be a key point of contact for both internal and external customers and vendors.

 

The successful candidate will possess: a Bachelor's degree in Business, related major or comparable professional experienceminimum 5-8 years successful leadership experience possessing a broad knowledge of health plan operations or health insurance operationsexperience in process improvement and project managementAbility to resolve escalated claims issues and address process breakdowns within the team, as well as cross functionally.
