Manager, Material Damage

Infinity Insurance Companies, a national provider of automotive insurance has a great opportunity for an experienced Manager for our Material Damage Department.

Description:



Manages staff Appraisers, MD Analysts, independent Appraisers, and/or Direct Auto Program/Direct Repair Program, maintains technical proficiency in an assigned territory, which may include multiple states. Identifies opportunities for enhanced efficiencies, and ensures adherence to Company guidelines. Responsible for recommendation, implementation and maintenance of programs to ensure optimum performance.

Qualifications:


Minimum of three (3) years experience with automobile physical damage estimating and/or repair and experience with total loss evaluation and salvage handling. Prior supervisor or management experience preferred.
Good analytical skills necessary to evaluate production staffing requirements, and to problem solve and make decisions. Familiarity with computer estimating system(s) and auto construction and repair techniques.
Must apply for and maintain all applicable licenses required by the state to which the individual is assigned.
