This is an exciting opportunity to join Humana's Pharmacy Strategy and Analytics team in a management role!

We are looking for an individual to join our team supporting the Pharmacy Management department's programs and initiatives. Associates in our department report metrics and outcomes for such initiatives as our new Medicare products, our Consumer programs, our trend management efforts, and more. This role will supervise Analysts responsible for forecasting and tracking the impact of formulary changes, new contracts, and new drugs. Analysts on this team also complete pharmacy trend analysis, inflation analysis, and other outcomes analysis.

Managers in our department are also accountable for being able to complete the same type of analysis as their associates, using the programs and technology that our Analysts use. Managers are further accountable for the peer review of all reports from their area, development of bench strength on their team, and documentation of all processes for report completion. A qualified candidate meets these minimum requirements -
-Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or other technical field.
-1-3 years experience analysis and problem-solving
-1-3 years reporting experience (from dealing with large data sets to report production)
-1-3 years supervising other associates
-Clear oral and written communication skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite as well as data extract tools
-Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and is also an individual contributor

Our ideal candidate will also possess these qualifications -
-Master's degree
-Healthcare, managed care experience
-Experience in forecasting and predictive modeling techniques
-Experience with pharmacy reporting or the pharmaceutical industry
-Experience supervising associates
