Manager of Business Systems Projects

Description:
Manages Personal Lines strategic initiatives and projects of high risk and value (providing a change to technology or business direction) or a product, operation or portfolio. Projects, products or operations are generally more critical and have broader scope and more impact than those delivered by individual contributors. Manages team which is generally composed of a minimum of 8-10 people.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience, Master's Degree preferred. Generally a minimum of 8 years related experience with 3 years in leadership role desirable. In-depth knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools, technology concepts, strategies and methodologies. Thorough knowledge of business functions and thorough knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies. Knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques. Ability to promote a team environment. Strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Strong oral and written communications skills; presentation skills.
