Marine Cargo - Administrative Assistant

Essential functions include preparation of correspondence, maintenance of computer related data and processing, telephonic follow-up on a variety of client reports, preparation of required invoices, working in liaison with the accounting department, and preparation and maintenance of periodic reports to the marine cargo manager. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word required. Must be willing to operate telephones and receive training on a number of additional computer programs. Must be well organized and possess very good verbal and written communication skills.
