The Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities are:
Review various documents associated with Producer appointments or terminations for completeness and accuracy. Prepare necessary documents and distribute.
Enter and maintain necessary information into company systems and programs.
Assign producer numbers and maintain a log of appointments and terminations.
Prepare, compose, and initiate correspondence to complete producer paperwork to send to Branches, producers and/or Department of Insurance on word processing system.
Maintain all producer files and respond to requests for producer information.
Receive routine paperwork and respond to phone inquiries.
Maintain listing of producer addresses in word processing.

Strong PC and word processing skills
Strong analytical, time management and people skills
Self Starter, demonstrated job stability and a strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
