JELD-WEN?s wholly owned Third Party Administrator, Shasta Administrative Services (located in Redmond, OR) is seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator.  The Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director and will assist in marketing benefit administration services to potential and existing third party clients. The Coordinator will serve as the liaison between all of Shasta?s internal departments, outside vendors, stop-loss carriers and clients to assist with any health benefit related needs.  This individual will review, update and maintain various plan documents, communications and reports for clients and prepare client proposals.  In addition to these communications, the Coordinator will also perform ongoing website support functions to assist in providing customers with World-Class third party administration services.



A college degree is preferred along with 2-5 years of marketing, sales or customer service experience within the insurance industry.  This ?team oriented? individual must possess or be willing to obtain an agent?s license for Life and Health Insurance and participate in required training and travel as needed.  The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have the ability to effectively communicate and present complex issues in a pleasant, positive and professional manner.  We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical, intrapersonal, computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and writing skills, as well as some knowledge of HIPAA and DOL regulations.  Familiarity with standards and rules of conduct in a health care and/or insurance industry background are helpful.
