WANTED: SUPERMAN OR WONDER WOMAN DOUBLE to build a strong team of Marketing Representatives. Must be faster than a speeding e-mail, able to leap tall objectives with a single bound, more powerful than a loco motive. In addition, must be able to recruit, coach and motivate Marketing staff responsible for pre-enrolling Medicaid and SCHIP?s eligible people into our Managed Care plan in and around the Land of Disney.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS include at least an active 240 Health Insurance license issued by the State of Florida, and a full understanding of the sales process and how it links to other functional areas. Preferred are a Bachelor Degree plus 5 years management experience, preferably in the insurance or health care industry, or a Technical Degree with a minimum of 7 years experience in these fields. Also required are proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience tracking data and using spreadsheets and/or database software. A valid Florida Driver License and access to a vehicle for business use are also necessary. First consideration will be given to candidates with Medicaid sales experience.
