Methods Analyst II

Description:
The person in this position will develop, enhance and support processing/business systems that provide the operations/staff functions with the most cost effective, efficient, and productive work systems. He or she will assist in the developmental of documentation of procedures using latest Intranet technology, training, support and implementation associated with such systems while meeting the needs of all business users, statistical, regulatory and statutory requirements. Additionally, the person in this position will provide consultant level expertise on projects.

Qualifications:
This positin requires someone with a high school/college/business school with a mininimum of three years methods analayst I or a minimume of three years as account coordinator in an operations office or other related work experience. He or she will have knowledge of Microsoft office systems; excellent written and verbal communication skills; logical, creative thinker; exceptional listener ability to manage multiple tasks and must be a team player. This individual will have analytical abilities; insurance background; knowledge of FM Global business systems and have training skills.
