The John Avery Insurance Agency is seeking a multi-talented entrepreneurial individual to grow a business by?

? Supporting current and future clients with their current multi-line insurance needs

? Helping them discover unmet needs, and

? Identifying appropriate insurance and financial service solutions to meet those needs.

 

We help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams with appropriate insurance and financial service solutions.

 

We need help continuing the growth of our company.

 

State Farm agents are entrepreneurs that sell only State Farm Insurance and financial service products. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Hours are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.
Requirements

? Auto & Fire Insurance Licensed

? 1-3 Years Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance Sales

? Strong communication and customer service skills

? Please include description of products sold and last 3 years of sales results by year (in Policies and Premium).

 Desired

? Life & Health Insurance Licensed

? Experienced Track Record of Producing $50,000 to $100,000 premium sales per month

? 3-5 Years Experience in Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance Sales

? Experience in Financial Services Industry

? Bi-Lingual in Spanish

 Benefits

? Unlimited Earning Potential ($24,000 to $36,000 Base Salary plus Sales Bonuses Based on Performance and Account Growth Bonuses)

? Ability to Earn $40,000 of BONUS (in addition to base salary) per year if you can issue $300,000 of Auto Premium, $300,000 of Fire Premium,  $25,000 of Life Premium, and $25,000 of Health Premium.

? Ability to Earn $80,000 of BONUS (in addition to base salary) per year if you can issue $600,000 of Auto Premium, $600,000 of Fire Premium,  $50,000 of Life Premium, and $50,000 of Health Premium.

? There is also an alternate compensation option that is pure commissions for writing high amounts of Auto & Fire Business, with higher percentages on bonuses and the ability to earn renewals. Please mention if this would interest you.

? 2 Weeks Paid Vacation within the First Year with the possibility of earning up to 4 weeks per year based on outstanding performance results.

? Strong support and training expertise to help you do your work in the way(s) that get the best results.
