Seeking Multilingual Agency Managers and Producers for Independent Distribution (MULTIPLE POSITIONS, MULTIPLE STATES)

As an independent agency manager or producer*, you will:

* Work with our regional vice presidents and strategic distribution partners to penetrate the natural markets of your cultural heritage

* Benefit from extensive home-office support in recruiting, training, co-operative advertising, community events, in-language and in-culture marketing materials, underwriting of non-U.S. citizens, and sales promotions and recognitions.

* Have full ownership and independence of your way of doing business

* Gain access to one of the broadest and most competitive portfolios of products, services, and advanced sales solutions in the life insurance industry

* Provide customers with the financial strengths of one of the world?s largest and most global life insurance companies


Requirements include:

* Ability to speak, read and write fluently in Spanish or at least one major Asian language. Must be fluent in English.

* College degree with a minimum of five years of work experience with career agency or independent distribution in the U.S.

* Specialized in Asian, Hispanic or other multicultural markets

* Strong track record in sales, recruiting and customer retention with major life insurance or financial services carriers

* Excellent connections with local business and community leaders

* Knowledge of ethnic advertising, local event marketing, and in-language/in-culture marketing materials

* Experience in day-to-day interactions with regional vice presidents

* Familiarity with dedicated home-office support for either career or independent distribution

*Must be legally authorized to work with all employers in the U.S. without sponsorship

* A minimum of three references upon request.
