Mutual Funds & Annuities Associate

Job Description:


Prudential Financial's Annuity Disbursement Division in Fort Washington, PA is currently seeking a customer service representative to join our team!


The individual that joins our team will be responsible for disbursing money from Prudential Annuities and qualified life insurance products upon request. Associates deal with both the fixed and variable investments within the Non-Qualified and Qualified markets. Associates deal with multiple products across multiple systems. Responsibilities include reviewing the forms received for good order, including tax, procedural and compliance requirements. Once the case is determined to be in good order then the representative inputs the request for the client in the appropriate system, and may generate either verbal or written communication to clients.


Qualifications:


-Previous financial services experience preferred, ideally working with Life/Annuity products.
-Previous customer service experience required
-Possess sound work ethic, dependable and trustworthy
-Works well in a team environment, but also works well independently with minimal supervision
-Possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
-Possess the ability to meet strict production deadlines.
-Can work until 6 pm at least once a week and can also work occasional overtime
-Considers the impact of his/her actions on the business, company and co-workers  - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
