NETWORK DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure performance and efficiency of Repair Network and Principle Trading Partners.
Define, implement and monitor performance metrics.
To lead, manage and motivate the Regional and Local Network Managers in the delivery of internal and external services and controls.
To develop and implement a network strategy(includes marketing) in line with business requirements.
To develop, maintain and execute a Network and Partner communications (Nugen/Nobilas Connect) training program.
To deliver improved customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsible for managing and developing Regional and Local Network Managers Team.
To design and implement Audit procedures to ensure that our repairers meet or exceed agreed Customer Service Levels (as per client agreements) and provide the same services in a cost effective manner.
To build strong working relationships between Nobilas its repairer network, supply chain and CR.
To ensure 98% of referrals are repaired by contracted network repairers.
Meets monthly revenue targets for the repairers admin & service fees.
Manages supplier performance against agreed KPI?s to ensure vehicle off road time (VOR) is kept to a minimum.
Works to raise the profile of the repairer network.
Identifies and maximise other suppliers commission (e.g. Glass, Car Rental, Radios & Alarms)
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
B.S. or B.A. froma 4 year university and or college. 5-7+ years of experience in the insurance repair industry. 3+ years of experience in motor car accident management. I-CAR training and certifications.Knowlege of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
