National Accounts Executive Account Manager

The Executive Account Manager, National Accounts, is accountable for developing and executing strategic account plans that build successful partnerships with our national customers and consultants. Leads the regional collaboration in the development and execution of all strategic and tactical plans to achieve the growth potential and optimal business partnership in each account.

Develop and execute a strategic business positioning plan for each purchaser that results in an optimal business position within the group.

Optimize potential for sustainable growth and achieving margin requirements.

Establish and maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship.

Develop and lead the implementation of an enterprise strategy for each customer and consultant that meet both KP enterprise and KP regions? business goals and meet the needs of the customer / consultant.

Requirements:

8-10 years healthcare or benefits consulting experience in marketing, business development, and/or managing business to business relationships with 4-6 years as a successful account manager.

Bachelor?s degree in marketing, finance, business administration or equivalent experience required. Masters of Health Administration (MHA), MPH, or MBA preferred.

Appropriate State insurance license required or ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire date.

This position consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanentes Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanentes policies and procedures.
