National Director of Sales and Marketing

This high profile, key contributor role will lead a staff of internal training specialists, and regional marketing reps to maintain strong relationships with their strategic broker partners and executives within the associations specific to their industry specialization.

The primary responsibility will be to lead the staff in the implementation of the awareness and value of new products via brokers and associational events. This person will be a member of a small team of upper management professionals tasked with attaining the continuing growth and profit goals of this dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of success in marketing or underwriting management of commercial P&C insurance.  College degree and professional designations are preferred. Due to the nature of the company's national contacts, and heavy involvement in associations and trade shows, the candidate will need to commit to travel of at least 25%. Travel requirements will vary from as little as none during some months, up to three weeks during peak meeting months.
